Staff Advisory Council and Barnes & Noble Bookstore Award

A Staff Advisory Council and Barnes & Noble Bookstore Award in the amount of $250.00 will be awarded to two (2) A&P or SP staff members each semester.  


  • Fall Applications are open from June 1st-July 1st; winners will be announced by August 1st. 
  • Spring applications are open from October 1st-November 1st, winners will be announced by December 1st.
  • All FGCU staff and their dependents may apply, provided that they are enrolled in three or more credits for the semester for which they apply. Preference will be given to employees of the University. 
  • Applications will be reviewed by the Staff Advisory Council Employee Recognition Committee.
  • The award will be dispersed at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore on campus.
