SAC Anonymous Comment Form

The comment area is provided as an anonymous way for FGCU staff to submit ideas, express concerns, and share feedback to the Staff Advisory Council. Although this comment will be submitted anonymously, please do not include:

References to specific persons or departments
Issues better handled by your department head or Human Resources or student complaint system
Libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, pornographic or threatening material
Private personal information

When the comment is reviewed by the appropriate department, the response received will be posted on the SAC website.

If you are submitting a student complaint, please use the official complaint system through the University Ombuds office or through the appropriate department directly.

This information is subject to the Florida Sunshine Laws. Your comments will be sent to the Staff Advisory Council and reviewed.
